Seto No Hanayome Jin OVA is a comedy series. I haven’t had the chance to watch the original series, so I’m not sure if the comedy style of the OVA is similar to original series.
Most of the time, it gets so noisy that I found it more irritating than funny. Even the opening and closing theme feels noisy. Although it suits the mood of the anime
As for the comedy, it isn’t that funny to begin with. Characters are just rambling away with random slapsticks and bickering and hoping that at least one of their jokes hit your laughing nerve through the anime. I did “smirked” at one scene though. It was like some talking marathon for the 20 plus minutes of each episode. Blah! Blah! Blah! Blah! Blah! -.-‘
Don’t expect much from the animation, it’s about as plain as you can get.
